Jobs Forum

Trying to get a job these days is like trying the proverbial camel through the eye of a needle. Are there no jobs anymore?I mean with people losing jobs on a daily basis, getting any kind of job has become a herculean task.In developed economies, getting any jobs is difficult,in a developing economy like Nigeria, getting a job as a skilled or unskilled labour is like chasing one's shadow. The jobs are not just there because the government and the financial institutions responsible for creating enabling environments for job creation are doing their job.

The management of established institutions who should generating ideas for job creation are not doing their job.

There is a way out. What about networking?

Yes, I know there are several network groups already for job seekers. This is not what I am talking about, I am talking a different kind of networking for jobs. How can we address manipulations at job interviews, could such acts be reported and those guilty punished. Is there a place for it our labour laws. Why don't start looking out for ourselves by reporting such acts through a forum and at the same time link employers with those who are qualified and willing to work.

Above are the reasons for this job forum.

Do you have anything to say, write to medayif@yahoo.com, as we look at the various ways of creating jobs and giving the best jobs to the best hands.

So long for now.
